Common questions
- I cannot sign in, or I forgot my password
- On the sign-in screen, type your email address into the Email field first, then click "Forgot your password?" underneath the Sign In button. The reset link is sent to that address and is valid for a limited time — if it has expired, request a new one. Check your spam folder before writing to us.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the Plan page in the web app and use the billing portal link there. Cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
- Why can I not see a plan or price in the iOS or macOS app?
- By design. The apps read the plan your account already has; they do not sell anything. Any change to your subscription happens on the web.
- My data is not appearing on my other device
- All three clients read the same account, so first confirm you are signed in with the same email address on both. If they match and the data still differs, write to us with the two device types and roughly when you entered the data.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the web app, go to Settings → Security → Delete Account. This removes your account and the financial data attached to it immediately, and it cannot be undone.
- Something looks wrong in a report or a total
- Send us the report or screen, the period it covers, and the figure you expected. Do not send screenshots containing account numbers or card details — we never need them.
